rispondere alle esigenze delle fonderie di applicare un efficace controllo di processo all\u2019equilibrio termico degli stampi.<\/p>\n<p>Il DTM \u00e8 un sistema robusto, resistente e flessibile che permette un costante monitoraggio della temperatura di superficie degli stampi di pressofusione.<\/p>\n<p>I principali vantaggi del DTM sono:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sensibile allungamento della vita degli In questi due esempi \u00e8 evidente come la temperatura dello stampo aumenti in modo significativo dall\u2019inizio alla fine del turno produttivo, con una conseguente riduzione al termine del turno.<\/p>\n<p>Il monitoraggio e l\u2019identificazione di questo comportamento permettono di intervenire al fine di regolarizzare la temperatura.<\/p>\n<p>Questo permette di:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Evitare un utilizzo eccessivo di distaccante<\/li>\n<li>Evitare di sollecitare lo stampo con temperature troppo elevate e di conseguenza allungarne la vita<\/li>\n<li>Ottenere una maggior uniformit\u00e0 nella qualit\u00e0 del getto prodotto<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><\/div><!--close column table wrapper.
